Four weeks seem like plenty of time, yet preparing an abstract, having it proofread and approved and searching for financial sources all takes quite some time. So, start preparing your participation in ICT 2022 NOW!

Together with your abstract submission, you may apply for a travel fellowship or for one of the awards which are granted by IUTOX and EUROTOX (more information on our website under the menu items “Awards” and “Travel Fellowships“).
We are aware that the current situation makes binding planning difficult. Therefore, you have the possibility to choose the payment method “bank transfer” during registration. This way you can wait with your payment until the acceptance notifications are sent out (for early reviewing: mid of March).
Furthermore, you have the right to cancel your registration to the congress free of charge in case your abstract will not be accepted.
